Join us for Bike-A-Thon 2024

Our board member Dan is embarking on a heartfelt journey with the #2024BikeAThon. Over the next eight weeks, he will ride an incredible 1,000 km to raise awareness and funds for CASA Porto, a non-profit organization in Portugal dedicated to helping homeless individuals and families in need.

Our Goal is $4,700. These funds will provide CASA Porto with an industrial-size refrigerator. This vital equipment will expand their food storage capacity, allowing them to meet the growing demand for meals for the homeless community in Porto.

About CASA Porto

Located in Porto, Portugal, CASA Porto has been committed to providing food, clothing, and support for social reintegration through acts of solidarity and personal contact since its founding in 2002. Operating closely with the city hall and local partners, CASA Porto has made a significant impact in combating homelessness in the region. The homeless population includes local families, as well as immigrant families from South America, Africa, India and Ukraine.
